Getting to know each other is the first step in crafting the travel experience of your dreams. During our initial consultation we will:
- discuss your travel style and preferences.
- answer any questions you may have regarding the travel planning process.
Once we agree to work with each other we will bring your trip to life by creating itineraries and organizing travel arrangements and reservations based on all the information that you have provided.
Because your trip is a large investment, we work to perfect the proposal and exceed your expectations. We charge a travel planning & support fee to allow for the time and attention your trip deserves while providing my expert advice in handling all the details of your getaway.
We PASSIONATELY believe that we will save you more than the small fee you pay for our services.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
When we agree to work together Adventure Book Travel LLC, not only will you receive high-level, personalized service but we will prepare and present a custom proposal and ultimately a custom trip for you that will include the following elements:
- Complimentary Intake Call (up to 30 minutes)
- Single Destination Itinerary
- Multiple Destination Itineraries-add $50/destination
- 1 Proposal Draft and up to 2 Optional Revisions
- A Recorded Video Proposal Walkthrough
- Daily Itinerary Creation
- Tours, Activities, Sightseeing Recommendations
- Confirmation & Management of All Travel Components
- Destination Entry/Exit Requirement Guidance
- Wrap-Up Email & Final Documents (delivered electronically) in our Personalized, Digital Itinerary App
RESEARCH
- Research & presentation of handpicked accommodations or ship itineraries plus flight options to meet your wants, wishes and desired travel style.
- Research, recommendation, and coordination of activities (including tours and/or excursions), VIP arrival services (when applicable), dining and trip insurance options.
- Trip budget maximized using our vetted worldwide partners, added amenities and exclusive pricing not available to the public.
- Analysis & interpretation of the booking rules for each component of your itinerary to make sure that you have the flexibility that you need.
PLAN
- Booking of all components of your trip plus handling of all payments with reminders of all upcoming payments as they come due.
- Presentation of all terms and conditions, cancellation and payment policies, supplier invoices and payment receipts made on your behalf with suppliers.
- Presentation of any extra charges you may be required to pay such as resort fees, gratuities, and parking fees (as are available).
- Assistance with any special needs, milestone celebrations (our specialty), destination wedding coordination and more.
TRAVEL
- 24/7 in-destination support via text, phone, or email with supplier’s emergency contact information for in destination issues that may arise, as well as emergency advice and assistance when you should need it from our staff (during business hours)
- A seamless adventure plan plus a detailed, daily itinerary including insider tips specific to your destination.
- Pre-departure travel documents preparation (printed docs upon request for a fee) and itinerary (including your full itinerary, all travel documents, travel information, vouchers, excursions/tours, tipping guides, city guides, suggested sites/dining and much more) provided digitally within our COMPLIMENTARY mobile app for ease of use and easy sharing with family members.
SUPPORT
- Review of the rules and conditions for each individual element of your itinerary.
- Links to information regarding obtaining passports, visas, and medical requirements for your destination(s).
We will do all these things for you and all these things are included in your personal crafted Travel Research, Planning & Support Fee (see below).
Once your fee has been paid, YOU get to put your feet up and we'll start to create the perfect vacation for you!
Pricing
Just like in one of our favorite movies (our company's name came from this movie), we believe that as long as we have breath in our lungs, life has the opportunity for countless adventures! Take a look at our package options below to see which will be the best fit for your upcoming adventure!
-All services require full payment of invoice fee at the beginning of the planning process.
-Fees are based on 2 travelers for 7 days (unless noted below) and are scaled according to your specific inquiry.
-Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.
-Additional fees may apply for rush bookings and a la carte services.
