IS ABT RIGHT FOR YOU?
Is Adventure Book Travel the right fit for your trip?
This might not be the right fit if...
You're looking for the lowest price available. TJ's job is to find you the best value for a premium experience, not to match a price you found on Expedia. If price is the primary decision-maker, a discount booking site will serve you better.
You prefer to research and book everything yourself. If you love the process of comparing options and managing your own logistics, that's a real skill, and you probably don't need TJ. She's here for the people who'd rather outsource that.
You need something in the next 2 to 4 weeks. Last-minute travel has its place. Custom, curated, milestone travel generally doesn't happen that way. TJ's process takes time because your trip takes time to do right.
You're not ready to share your full budget and expectations. TJ can't design a trip in the dark. A full, honest picture of what you want and what you're willing to invest is essential. No judgment, ever. But transparency is required.
How the Process Works
Step 1: Fill out a trip planning form Short, straightforward, takes about 5–10 minutes. This gives TJ what she needs to prepare for your consultation.
Step 2: Complimentary consultation A real conversation about your celebration, your travel style, your group, and what would make this trip extraordinary.
Step 3: Client agreement Before TJ invests hours into your custom proposal, a simple client agreement is signed. This protects your time and hers.
Step 4: Your custom proposal Not a generic package. A curated itinerary built specifically for your group, your celebration, and your budget.
Step 5: Book, prepare & celebrate TJ handles the logistics from deposit to departure, and she's available throughout your trip if anything comes up.
Still here? You're probably in the right place.
